The Story Behind the Miles

Manifesto by Jennifer Ann Warner

I’ve spent more than 10 years behind the wheel—5 in a school bus and 5 in a truck team-driving with my husband, Harry, and our pup, Fred. Out here, I’ve learned the rhythm of the road, the weight of the miles, and the quiet truths you only discover when it’s just you, the highway, and the next stop on the map.

I didn’t start creating content because I wanted attention. I started because I knew what it felt like to be out there and feel invisible—to be exhausted, overwhelmed, or lonely, and still have another hundred miles to go.

"Just A Typical Day of Trucking began as a simple way to document my life on the road. I didn’t expect anyone else to watch. But people did—not because the days were glamorous, but because they were real."

The road has a way of stripping life down to what matters, and I wanted to share that honestly. Over time, my work grew into something bigger: stories, books, advocacy, creative projects, and a community that reminds me every day why this work matters.

I’m a creator, an author, a storyteller, and a driver—but more than anything, I’m someone who believes that the road doesn’t have to be walked alone.

My Mission is Simple:

To help people feel connected, grounded, and seen—whether they’re behind the wheel, at home, or somewhere in between.

Through my vlog, my writing, my wellness advocacy, and the projects in the making, I want to offer something real: a moment of honesty, a bit of encouragement, a story that feels familiar, or a reminder that your life matters—even on the days that feel ordinary.

This is the world I’m building. This is the work I’m called to do. And I’m grateful you’re here to be part of it.
